18 East has released its lookbook of its latest capsule Drop Six for Fall 2019 featuring a new line of chand spun cargos.
18 East is a designer of globally and ethically sourced men's clothing with a focus on handcraft and artisanship.
The brainchild of former Eidos designer Antonio Ciongoli, 18 East is focused on producing more classic menswear fused with the skateboarding apparel he wore as a kid.
The 12-piece collection pays tribute to South Philly, the City of Brotherly Love where Ian Shiver shot the lookbook.
Among the highlights from the drop are Gorecki Crossover Cargos that draw inspiration from the military, specifically surplus cargo pants which flooded the streets of Philadelphia and subcultures like skateboarding and hip hop.
Another highlight is the Nearly Reversible Sahasika, crafted from leftover fabric from cargo pants.
Bucket hats also make an appearance, a staple of military headwear since the Vietnam war.
