Hot on the heels of its “2020VISION” collection, maharishi has released the lookbook for its 2020 Summer season.
It’s been a busy month for British streetwear imprint, maharishi. The label known for its blend of military and streetwear, has dropped a number of notable pieces as entrees in the lead up to Summer 2020.
The label has now dropped the main course for Summer, with a collection featuring a number of functional garments crafted from environmentally friendly, breatheable fabrics.
Highlights among these include vegetable-dyed Japanese cotton cupro, hemp, organic cotton and a new fabric, IKat cotton, that has a unique weave modeled after Strichtarn rain camouflage.
Featured in the collection also is the label’s new camouflage print, known as “DPM Neon Rain”, which has been inspired by mixing East Germany rain camo and Chocolate-Chip camo from United States’ military’s Desert Battle Dress Uniform.
In true maharishi form, the Summer 2020 Collection has been presented in a moody lookbook, this time with Miami as the backdrop.
The highlight of the collection is an upcycled M60-styled chore jacket with contrasting textiles.
