Moschino pays tribute to NYC in a pre-fall show set in the subway

Italian luxury fashion label Moschino has held its first fashion show in a New York subway with camo, timberlands and oversized pieces all featured.

What better place to pay tribute to New York style than on a New York subway?

Moschino’s first runway show in the city included the Italian labels’ women’s Pre-Fall 20’ and men’s Fall 20 in a setting that was truly authentic to the city.


Genuine buskers and the PA system saying ‘stand clear of the doors’ to all attendees only added to the feeling of keeping it real to New York.

Like New York street style itself, Moschino’s collections are heavily influenced by military surplus.


Camouflage is featured along with ‘timbs’ (Timberland Boots) made famous by Brooklyn native Biggie Smalls among others.
