Vans drops ‘OG Camo’ in tribute to the brand's first ever factory in Anaheim, California.
Vans Anaheim Factory Authentic 44 DX pays tribute to the brand’s first factory in Anaheim, open for business on March 16, 1966. On that first day, the brand sold 12 pairs of shoes.
Now given a fresh ‘OG Camo’ print, the 44 DX borrows details from the original Authentic while offering contemporary comfort with upgraded UltraCush sockliners.
The new Og Camo is an earthy camo print that provides a nice contrast to the white midsole.
The DX features original details in a throwback to Vans of the past, including heavy textile uppers, the original style number and color palette, higher glossed foxing tape and cotton laces.
Vans Anaheim Factory Authentic DX 44 edition is available from Vans’ webstore for US$80.
