Return Policy


At Rockin’ Camo, we do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes a product is just not right. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help!


In the unlikely event of an issue with your order, Rockin' Camo offers returns and exchanges within 14 days of you receiving your order.

You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.


Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

  • Contact us first. Goods sent back to us without prior authorization will be ineligible for return or exchange

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and we don't offer refunds on shipping costs associated with your order. 

  • Returns are subject to inspection to ensure the items are still in a 'new condition' and if it does not pass it will be mailed back to you.

     

Refunds (if applicable)

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

 

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


If we suspect you’re abusing the return policy (for example by returning products on multiple occasions or on a seasonal basis), we reserve the right to refuse your return.
 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing period before a refund is posted.

Please follow these steps to return your product(s).


Detail and photograph any defects or issues and send them in an email to incognito@rockincamo.com.

After reviewing your return/refund request, we will review the products you wish to return.

If the returned products have met our return policy requirements we will contact you to advise a shipping address for you to mail the product. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we receive the returned item, we will consult with you and either offer a refund, in-store credit or send a replacement item.

In the event of refunds, we are only able to credit the original credit card used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 8 business days for this process.
